My 2 cents and experiences from the last 2+ months.
Before my learnings and sometimes the occasional rant, I want to point out that this is my take and personal experience and I do not speak for the entire community of trainers and coaches/facilitators and other mortals. It’s based purely on my observations and interaction with the new wave and its perks. I will also mention that before the lockdown, I was what you may call, a Zoom illiterate. Today, I can spark a conversation and even lead it based on “the Zoom” ecosystem and its inner workings. Grab some popcorn and let’s enjoy the ride.

Much more in virtual: The need for a set of rules of engagement and a code of (virtual) ethics matter and should be sent and made clear before the session.
Most definitely the list is far from being complete and it is open to crowd wisdom :). As I said It’s just a summary of what we have experienced in the past two months and a half while delivering learning experiences and having a great time doing it.
Love to hear your 2 cents, if you care to share.
Happy learnings!
